Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

TwitterView complies with applicable privacy laws. This Privacy Policy applies from its effective date. If we add, delete, or amend provisions, we will announce the changes at least seven days before they take effect.

Article 1. Purposes of processing

We process personal information only for the purposes below and will seek prior consent if the purpose changes.

(1) Provide and improve the Service (viewing/downloading photos, videos, and GIFs from public tweets)
(2) Prevent abuse (including rate limits) and handle errors/security
(3) Measure website and app traffic (web: Google Analytics; iOS/Android: Google Analytics for Firebase)

We do not sell personal information. The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Article 2. Processing and retention period

Server access/security logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or anonymized.

Recent searches and language remain on your device until you clear browser or app data.

Photos/videos you choose to save are not uploaded to or stored on our servers; they stay on your device (browser download or photo library).

Longer retention applies only where required by law.

Article 3. Provision to third parties

As a rule, TwitterView does not provide personal information to third parties.

Exceptions:
(1) When you have given prior consent
(2) When required by law or necessary to fulfill a legal obligation

We do not otherwise sell or disclose personal information without authorization.

Article 4. Entrustment of processing

We entrust processing as follows:

a. Work entrusted: website and app traffic statistics and analytics
b. Processors: Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase)

Contracts require compliance with privacy laws, prohibit unauthorized onward disclosure, and allocate liability; we keep those terms in writing or electronic form. If processors change, we will announce it via notice and this Privacy Policy.

Article 5. Rights of data subjects and how to exercise them

As a data subject, you may:

(1) Exercise statutory rights such as access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing
(2) Delete local data in your browser or device
