These terms apply to the TwitterView website and mobile apps. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

TwitterView helps you view and save photos, videos, and GIFs attached to public tweets. No account is required. The Service may be offered on the web and on Android/iOS apps.

2. Public content only

Protected accounts, private or deleted posts, and any content that requires login bypass are not supported. We do not ask for or collect X passwords, cookies, or guest tokens.

3. Copyright and intended use

Copyright in downloaded media remains with the creators or rights holders. Use is intended for personal offline viewing. Do not redistribute or use commercially without permission. Rights complaints: twitterview@yodams.com.

4. No affiliation with X / Twitter

TwitterView is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. or Twitter, Inc. Twitter, X, and related marks belong to their respective owners.

5. Your responsibilities

You must follow applicable law, these terms, and third-party rights (including copyright and publicity). Abuse, bulk automation, or security interference may be rate-limited or blocked.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee availability, quality, or permanence of any media. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we limit liability for indirect, special, or consequential damages.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact
